2009 Mercedes C300 ESL Problem

I have 2009 Mercedes C300 with ESL problem
its stuck in open position ,I changed the motor but it did not solve the problem
still error: A25464 and no lights on dashboard when i turn the key
any solution ,whats my next option ?

Hello: I had the same problem. I got lucky on one car and it worked but I did the same thing on 2 other cars and it did not. on farther research watching you tube videos found out that the 2 buttons on the circuit board have to be learned to be in open position and you will need a software for that. Now you have to send your eis and the esl both to one of these guys to perform the repair again or you can have them to program a lock simulator for the lock which you will loose your steering lock function.
