Audi A4 front O2 sensors delete

Hi guys,

I have Audi A4 3.0 2005 with ME7.1, I am looking to remove front and rear O2 sensors and run car on open loop. sensors keeps going faulty.

can a good tune do it ?

I have posted earlier about it without a proper details . apologies.
