mazda 323 2000 8C chips in key

hi all
I have a mazda 323 I read and wrote keys to ecu but car will not start. I don't have anything to connect to the immo box bj3d675g2e

attached ecu data with keys added.
I know these are usually a manual operation, but the car came from a mazda dealer wanting ?500 from an elderly gentleman to replace the immo as they could not process the key problem

all and any info would be gratefully received including pin code if its there?

I have this file but im not sure if its a free run file? it says st at the end?

if anyone has a free run file for denso zlo5 279700-0192 or zl05 18 881A I would love that.

also if this is a free run file please feel free to use it!

there is only one key in normal recording. Key (8.C) begins .... 0F xx 09 xx 0F .. ..
