This could be many things mate...
Inconnue means unknown so you may have used wrong firmware or something.
You should check the region in your control panel settings.
Is your vci's drivers in your pc good?Also you should try this program in win XP.

I think you used the program being connected to the internet if your interface is clone I think you've already been blocked
