KSuite 2.13 - can't load help files

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my hardware - KSuite2.13 K-TAG

I am sure that I have installed it correctly but I don't know why it doesn't load the help files

I installed it with this method - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3QvzzE2dYO8&t=364s

The reading and others function working well, but I can't see my help files it doesn't open it.

One more thing that I saw - http://prntscr.com/hzyvco - I haven't this window named HELP ..... and if somebody knows how to fix it comment below pls.

C: \ k suite \ help (files of the selected language)
ENG = English
PTBR = Portuguese
etc.

Error: Selected English language, no folder help?Do not have ENG files?
do not boot photos.
