Hi all,
I’ve got an issue with a Vw Touareg.
07
Spare remote.
Programmed both keys (3D group and customers) using AVDI.
No keys in system, couldn't remember pin, AVDI not getting pin via obd because ignition not coming on.
Removed kessy, read 8 leg chip got precode and pin.
Programmed via AVDI.
Dealer key - yes
Transponder locked - yes
Key learnt - 2
Ecu responding - no
Engine start - no
Both remotes central locking are working but steering not unlocking and no lights on dash apart from “immobiliser active”.

I’ve spoken to a few ppl and they’re saying AVDI has corrupted kessy. So need Odis to flash and update.

Anyone can shed any light?

Have you tried locking the drivers door with the mechanical key for 10 mins.

Did anyone try to change mileage in key at Audi A4 2012 or it need new key to be reseted.

I was try but is only possible increase KM. For decrease must renew key or make new key...

Doolittle is right, sometimes they take 10 mins to work again after programming.
Call your customer before you head back, its probably working now.

Defo not working atm. Did the job Sat...
was there for 3 hours.
Went back today after disconnecting battery last night, in the hope it may reset, no joy another hour at car trying different things.

Really hoping mechanical key trick will work. No idea which way to turn if it doesn’t.

Go with diagnostic and clear all codes in 05- Kessy while you have key in it .

I havent got the ori ecu.

So i have to readi ISN from ecu.is this by boot mode? Or can be done by obd.?

Ok so i got that ecu programed...it was edc17c50 not c41
First conet engine ecu in boot mode.
Read password.next read dflash.when finish reading dflash press edit you will have isn from ecu.
Fit ecu back tp the car and writ that isn to cas3 by obd..
Car will start.

I also try to write Cas3 isn to ecu but car wont start that way.is that normal or software issue in abrites?
