Hi I'm trying to extract password from 200o year W220 EIS. Lock nr is A2205450308When push to extract password button new popup window appears and imideately asks me insert IR adapter (I can't chose with witch method to extraxt eg. fuse realy or abprog...) When I insert the IR adapter the the blue line starts riding and WORKING it wirtes. After about a minute it asks me to disconnect ESL connector and DB25 pin 8 should be connected to the ELS's LIN. So w220 does not have ESL at all. And I have distribution box zn051. As I understand thos DB25 is some old thing. I can not find form their Webpage that they sell it anymore. So I home someone have experience. Best wishies Rotiratas

customer has lost all keys now
does abrities store the file and if so can i somehow get the password from this file to code another key in (no working keys now)
also after abrities has flashed van etc does dealer tool talk to van ok again?

I have avdi for over 3 years now and the Jaguar Land Rover key learning never worked for me ..
Any tips? Is it a must to use it with j1850 adapter? (I tried with and without)

if you deal with updated cars then no way there are other ways to do it via obd

I have Subaru WRX 2017 and AVDI, I cannot communicate with smt module this car was at dealer and dealer tried to reprogram for all keys lost they didn’t finish due to needing new biu etc. I now have the car and have no communication from AVDI to reprogram is it possible the dealer corrupted software in biu or smart module anyone have a clean dump? I can communicate partially and see that 2 keys are programmed but it won’t let me get into the all keys lost countdown and says communication error. Thanks for the help

IF YOU remember date when you done it even with cloud soft it save a dump to your computer also

and YES dealer tool still connect and communicate with the truck

With more and more software moving to the cloud, I find i'm using my AVDI less as I find other tools capable of doing the same job.
For example, 6 stories down in a carpark, zero reception = zero internet.

I wish my competitors would all start swearing at the customers when they answered the phone, then all I would
have to do is not swear at them and I would be instantly better than them.

This makes as much sense as AVDI moving their software to the cloud.
All the other tool manufacturers have to do is NOT move their software to the cloud and they will be instantly better.
Not only better, but they will be the only option as AVDI will not be able to do the job in areas with no coverage.

It boggles my mind how they thought this was a good move.
Too many guys in suits sitting in an air conditioned office and not enough boots on the ground testing in real world conditions.
