    Qeso75, i know that mate, i tried to read from CCM, but no comms/info, the car was 2.9 i think.

    Fiesta 2019 1.5 petrol akl (smart key 2467413)
    After door opening the alarm active. Have to wait 10min until stop the alarm and hear double horn. After that if I start the key programming, the counter start from 600 sec (again 10min) and the alarm active again. the counter stay at 1 sec and nothing happened. (Just double horn). I tried reset the bcm but the key programming not possible because the counter always stop at "have to wait 1 sec"
    Avdi show still 2 keys in the system.
    I tried select 2017 smart key and ignition key, 2013 smart key and ignition key without success.
    Any idea what can I do?

    Haven't worked on this car but here are a few things to check:
    - did you attach booster when you were working?
    - did you try to read and reset all DTC?
    - did you check if your AVDI is the latest possible version?
    - did you turn your internet ON?
    - did you try to remove battery of the car for a few minutes?
    - did you select the correct car model and engine specification?

    If all answers are YES, then you should contact support.

    - no I didn't.
    Today the support connected to the car via TeamViewer but after 1 hour had to give it up. Now the support checking the log file and try found where is the problem.

    been that for a long time always been poor on ford

    or the interface not connecting ???

    Hmmm i use smartpro on these.

    but as said few things to check. doors ALL CLOSED ?? Try Ign on even when say off

    As for internet versions - yes we all have issues connecting to interface. Try just having AVDI connected intially and reseting PC

    The error that you are receiving is "Connecting to server failed! Check internet connection!" I understand that this can be worrying however in all cases so far, I have noticed that I was using an old version of the software (for example 32.2 or 32.3) that is no longer supported. So be advised that now AVDI support the latest version of the online software and the one before it.
    After my experience at the moment, AVDI now supports versions 32.5 and 32.4. After the new update that is scheduled for this week "as I heard", it supports only versions 32.5 and 32.6.

    Still having terrible issues with unrecognised dash on these 2016/17 British Gas Caddys

    Going to have one last try with im608 on 3 of em as seem to read/write details but not pre-code key.

    I sent my away..and it was replaced...now all working fine..
    So if anyone has issues after update your tool is not compatible with new software...
    Im surprised Abrites dosent release a statement on this..
