I have active fault in hvca module B1423 and not have before it’s coincidence or may be error in eprom?

Don't see how anything to do with the cluster eeprom can affect the HVAC for a pressure sensor code, but....

Hello Guys,
i am having a problem where after loading the bin i get no mileage reading, fuel, rev, speed not working it it says Maintenance Required. any idea ? I programmed the 93A66 Chip
