i have same problem but only have bcm with part number 88281FJ100 as the vehicle is far way only got sent the bcm but can ask for ecu if needed

I have same problem please help me. My car subaru xv 2013 . I will cahnge my BIU becouse internal damage in circuit shift lock solenoid p0801. I have buy used BIU 88281fj520 how to clone originL BIU to used BIU . Please hwlp me ?

you can swap eeprom 24c02 ...its market as IC17 in board

Hello Elías, could you help me with the 88281fj200 module? I want to clone it but I can't find the eeprom memory, could you tell me the location on the board?
