Default problem PC identifier on PPS2000

    hello:

i have installed many times PPS2000 but today when i try to activate PP2000 on a desktop PC, i have "0" in PC identifier field.

    usually i get a number with 10 digits, i don't know why it's zero.

    is it a problem ?

    thanks

This happen when the Network adapter absent or
disabled. You can enable it and have a ten digit PC ID.
