Did you wrote both files? Does the car start?

I wrote eeprom only, car start and cut off after 2 seconds because of immobileizer

Then write both files. Where does it ECU come from? Was it fitted in factory or it's second hand one?

it is second hand ecu

In that case you have to write both files or clone the original ECU - no other way.
