Is this when you are installing or after install & trying to run the clip spftware. If so did all the drivers install. Have you tried uninstall & reinstall

To avoid PERMANENTLY this SHIT do the following steps:
1) Alt+Ctrl+Del (Kill process RSRWin.exe)
2) Delete RSRWin.exe (in C:\Windows)
3) Use Regedit (and Delete "ALL" values with name RSRWin)
4) Reboot your machine!!!
5) NO MORE flash for SPX Registration...

you can program keys only if you have access to renault.net

Hi, I'm new around here buy renault clip machine, will not let me install it because I have no JCAECI.sys file, I can not find on any side, even though I look not on the cd or anything.
I see that you have to lick to download that file as the drivers but will not let me.
someone would be so kind that I might send files by e-mail

Have a look around dk as this is covered in previous threads. the file is installed in C:windows/system32/drivers. do a search on your computer for it.
In fact this information is in the first page of this thread.
