enter Car details first, then get your fault codes, by using the clip SW, and then return to NT PDF files where you will find informations and guided steps how to fix your problems !!

I download reprog v83 how to install from rar file? because no .exe file... how it works?

Un-Pack it, and make 1 image file or Burn it in 1 CD or DVD...

Re-Prog CD DID NOT having any .exe or ANY installation procedure m8...

Well, it seems you are NOT familiar and you DID NOT know the:
Renault Rules

DID you know that you need SPECIAL Re-Programming Code for to make your work?

DID you know the Re-Programming procedure HOW works and general DID you know IF you make any mistake you need to prepare your "Pocket"?????

Better try to learn some BASIC Details 1st about Renault m8, because i WARRANTY you that you will have many "Money" troubles!!!

Hello, Happy New Year 2011 to all DK members.
@BeianM : I've passed all the stages of installation, until showing clip interface, clip had to do the identification number vin automatically. But the clip was silent when I want to do a diagnostic computer.
The Can drivers has already installed :
Jcae04_USBw32
JcaeCan
JCAECI
JcaeIso
The four LED (2 red and 2 green) going on.
I do not know what actually happened, I've never faced this problem, can you help me?

hello friends here is my problem, I have a V102 probe clip. it works great on all cars (laguna, clio, kangoo) but with its scenic not work. Here is the error message "short circuit on the multiplexed network" short-circuit to earth of can high.

Hello guys, I'm asking for help for my clip. I bought it with version 103. I immediately installed the v 104 and I crashed in a firmware update. I run the tool. bat and I have resolved the firmware update. but now I expect the cypress and ISO and can. Total 3 drivers and says it is installed. I open the software and try clio with a multiplex network. the bar is not moving. put Out the interface and the bar starts to move ... as if it were attacked ... What can it be? consider that where there was an asus win7 on which I installed xp. regard's to all!

i wonder if there is a safe way to update v103 to v107 in a chinese clone.
i read the posts and i am afraid that the clone interface will fail.
is that correct???

You have to test on your own risk, if your clone is working fine under version 103, then the chances for it to work with 107 are good...
remove old version from your laptop totally, and install a new fresh installation of the 107 version.
Before using this version and try it with your sonde, think to take a look on halp panel, on "what's new" menu, if the differences shown are so important to make the update, else, keep your version, at leats you're sure it works well!!
