Ktag problem

Hi everybody
I bought clone ktag from china v7.020 EU online v2.23
try to check the device with many ECUs , but have a problem
(ecu not identified) .
Trying to use new laptop without success
trying win7 and xp same thing .
i contact the seller , he till me i need to send the unit back and he send me new one , the problem is send the device back cost high from my country.
can any one help me maybe small fix can back it work , I check on google the unit have SD card inside, maybe the software inside damages???

Change usb cable and use power suply 12v DC 2A or more ampers !

Well, KTAG china & EU seems quite incompatible thing, maybe that is what makes your tool untrusty
