Passat B5 ABS repair

Hi i do have an PASSAT B5 from 2003

My ABS ECU is: 8E0614111AH

I got a fault:
65535 - Internal Control Module Memory Error
35-00 - -

It means software problem

As i have search in internet it can by repaired by updating/flashing it with VAS-PC, ODIS-E.
But i have serach in internet for file:

8E0614111AH.sgo
or another flash that will fit to this ECU but cannot find.

Does anyone now a solution ho to fix this module or have a file to flash it with ODIS-E.
