IKey 820 key programmer

Basic has a different hardware component (software is the same) can not handle GM stuff.. they can not figure the issue out.

Its able to do Mitsubishi Outlander 2014 and up akl? Smartkey and regular key? Till when it works?

I read they just did a recall on the basic saying the processing chip is defective and that's the problem with b111 systems. They're replacing the chip free via Locklabs

2013 Scion FRS - remote programmed under "Toyota - remote - Type 2". Customer only had valet key, G-chip, for me it was easier just copy his chip instead of trying to program master key.

2015 Dodge RAM 1500 smart key - FAIL. iKey820 pulls PIN, then asks to turn hazards on, then communicates, asks to place smart key close to start button and press unlock once, then "communicating" -- "failure". Tried under RAM, RAM 1500, RAM 2500.
BTW when tried to do it with SKP900 - same thing. Can't check if PIN pulled correctly by iKey820 because SKP900 can't pull PIN on this truck.

You sure you had the right key & it was unlocked?

One key was unknown China (supplied by customer), it was unlocked. No luck. Another was mine, original unlocked, but I found later that I forgot to install battery in it. So next time I will try again.

2004 Jaguar XJ8. Key added fine (only one option on the screen - all keys lost, minimum 2 keys required). Add remote - fail, even though process goes as it should (I think iKey has menu for exact 2004 XJ8 model remote). Recognizes both original and new remotes, communicates and tells "success" at the end. Result - old remote still works, new - does not. Tried few times, no luck. SKP-900 does same thing - shows "success" but remote not added. SBB doesn't have Jaguar in REMOTE menu. I added remote manually at the end, but not all older cars have that option. Still looking for tool which works fine with remotes for older Chryslers, Jaguars, Land Rovers (late 90's - early 00's). Any hint?

2002 Honda Civic
Add key had a communication error, got it done using Accord for same year.

2004 Acura MDX
AKL programmed OK.

2007 Lexus RX350
AKL failed to communicate after final procedure where you need to turn key on/off 5 times. I had to disconnect the car battery and reconnect to have it communicate again, this time ending with the key in the on position during the final procedure and it programmed OK.

Obdstar x300 dp has 2017-19 in menu but it failed(at least it warned about bad bcm id numbers and gave cars current id
