I have problem witch dashboard and immo in my Mazda 3 2004..
error code IC B2139-FF and PCM P1621-64

I have ELM327 and full version FORScan.
If I good think I must download dump eproom from dashboard and PCM?
Can I do this in FORScan or I must use different software and hardware flashreader?
Can you help me?

My PCM have this number:
3M61-12A650-AG
Hardware type: MLP-XXX

I was try delete all key and I add it again but PATS have still error. engine not start.

if Forscan has the ability to read eeprom then you can do so

forscan is very good tool for adding modules and programming keys,(it depends of course of what quality is your elm...) did you try to adapt ecu to pats? or reverse? do you have at least 2 keys programmed?


You need a programmer to read the ecu eeprom, and probably in dash you have an mcu to read.....

i suggest you to give this job to a pro or in anyone with proper equipment to fix it..... don't play with something that you don't know what to do.....

Yes i try to delete all keys and i programmed it again. this proces works fine. i Have 2 keys in store, but PATS is error

Im electronic/automatic but car electronic is new for me ;(
I think if you can give me all information how to do, I can do this...

I have programmer for flash and eeprom CH341A USB EEPROM SOIC8 SOP8, but question is:
1) I must disassembly eeprom from motherboard and read it in programmer
2) or I can read and write this flash with OBD2?

Is see in this topic all people attached .bin file, but i don't know how to get data from eeprom without removing it from motherboard if it possible and what is software the best for this.

In attached you can find all data from my car. This file is read from FORScan.

where is adapt ECU TO PATS in FORScan?

For programming 95160 eeprom you must us 25LC160 configuration -> sofrware NeoProgrammer
95c56=>check 93c56
