Can't help you changing ECUs with different HW and SW, once tested ok but i was sure engines where aproxymatly the same.
About the problem i have changed ECUs for similar failures but without any DTC ( everything ok for weeks and sudently engine on idle stops with no reason, missing power, etc. But never with DF053.
Is your DF053 pressure too much low or too much high?

    Hi, forgot ECU!
Your problem DF053 is Rail pressure related!
You need to read your fuel Live data to understand what is wrong...
You need minimum 250bar rail pressure at 250 engine revolution and 1V from Rail pressure sensor...
If you dont have this, find your leak...

    Good Luck!

    Hi,
If you have Clip, connect original ECU and send command "save data" then connect new ECU and send command "write saved data" (from original to spare).
Many times if you mix Eeprom and flash data ECU loses injectors codes.
    Greetings,

Delphi trw have often some dry contacts on the board. Resolder all that ecu pins and with the original dumps it will work. Good luck
