Hi, I am trying to update the firmware of the ABS of my Duster1 2015. With its own VIN, Clip finds no matching software. However, when I enter a Duster2 VIN, a matching software is found and offered for update. Now I don't know if this software is compatible with the Duster1.
Can anyone tell me if it's safe to install this software on a Duster1?
Thanks!

Hi Lajo,
You should not update your ABS with another software if CLIP does not find in normal way!
Why do you need to update it? Is there a DTC?

Hi, thanks for your answer, I want to update to get the new features of the new software (in the Duster2, the ABS sends some additional data into the CAN bus).
The Duster2 has the same ABS as the Duster1, so the software should generally be compatible. What I am unsure of is if this update will change the configuration/calibration data or only the firmware itself (program logic). In the first case I might be in trouble, in the second case it should be all fine.
The fact that I see 'X79' and 'H5F' in the Conditions of use, makes me think this software is compatible with my Duster1 (I have the H5F engine) but obviously I don't want to rush into an update which can potentially 'kill' the ABS.
