Default NAND FLASH K9F5608U0C [TSOP48] writing with BEEPROG 2

I need some guide for programming NAND Flash K9F5608U0C [TSOP48] (BMW CCC) with BEEPROG2 .
My problem is adjusting ACCESS METHOD at new NAND flash ,after writing I always got two IB (invalid blocks ).
If some one using BeeProg2 for this device please tell me how to setup ACCESS METHOD for it.
Here is the access that I am using now.

NAND flash is irrelevant for repair.

IB-Invalid Blocks are normal even into new IC as well as old one. IB management (from device or programmer) is very important...here you will find Elnec instructions..to better understand invalid blocks and all about that.
