What is the history of this vehicle.
Lost key. Or some other failures?

Do it on bench from CCM behind glove box or bypass ignition with fuses - in document below you find what to bridge

If i understood werll you had one working key? Strange thing is that YOU CAN't START CAR WITH THAT key. When wait time in immo is active it means you can't start key learning/programming procedure but should able to start car with already working key.... you must have done something wrong...

when I added the new key, the old one disappeared so I repeated the procedure with the addition of the two keys

then test how they work and the new key ignited the engine exactly 2 times and stopped working
and in the third attempt to train learn the keys the immobilizer concluded

I think the new key is defective the transponder or has not properly recorded 7bit

And this key you got from the dealer?
If you get some connection again.
Try only to add the original key, as a start.
Before going further with the new one.
