Default DM800 No Remote Control Working

Hi I did a silly thing and uploaded a image file that didn't work. I locked my box. No IP, No DreamUp working on RS232 nothing. A brick. I finally found a DreamUp version that worked. Flashed several images on the box, all same problem. The remote control won't work.

The remote is working as I have tested it on another unit.

What have I done. How do I get the remote control working again. All else works. For now I use the webbroswer remote.
