Mercedes CRD3.10 where is the eeprom?

Hi, anyone know where is the eeprom located on an CRD3.10 ecu from Mercedes C200 ? I would like to try to read it in a progammer, because neither X17 nor KTAG would read this ecu in boot... I might have a strange hw version.

Would be very grateful for a picture or just a description where it is

Hi again. One question. I triying to read this unit by original avdi and I cant do it. There is way where I can do match immo or make virgin on bench? nightmare this ecu.
My car is a Sprinter year 2016 ecu CRD3.20 - A 651 900 32 03

i have sprinter crd3.20 ktag wont touch it or maybe wrong pinout.

or is there another way to clone?
