Help with remap without smoke EDC16C39

Hi people,

I flash today 10times a Saab 9-5 1.9TID 150hp with edc16c39 remap, but car is always smoke.
With original smoke is little, i cut DPF manual and removed in map, also egr.

I have now Check engine light with dtc P1902, someone can cut this DTC?
I am also happy if someone can make remap WITHOUT smoke so i see what i do wrong...

bad edit dpf if you have P1902, If you edit file ads this solution not work in this car and cut 50% dtc table.

Did You do the log before and after remap? 90% you have leaking boost through swirl flaps. Remove the plastic cover of engine and check if there are no oil on swirls.
If it is, only mechanical blank with special blanks or welding of them will help you to avoid smoke.

your file with dtc p1902 off, but better use voltechcar 's file
