    ** Problem solved**
Mute voltage has been only 3.8V instead of supply voltage. Applied bypass and bose amplifier works again ;-)

Now I will solve direct connection from input signals to end level chips (bypassing DSP and codec processors)

As I expected, using only cheap hi-distortion chips TDAxxxx is really shit.
So my next step is this:

    So I'm done

!! Attention !! Woofer have two coils 2+2ohm. OEM connection is paraller into 1ohm. I need 2ohm at least, but Audison have too much power to 2 ohm (550W RMS) so I had to make serial connection into 4ohm . I did it on subwoofer harness in trunk like this:

Sound is now unbeliveable. I have Hertz Uno speakers ("entry level") K1656 + X165. Hi-Pass activated (around 70Hz) so for bass frequencies is subwoofer only. This setup makes very clear and legible sound with many details. Bose woofer is lower quality as whole system , but with Lo-pass filer (around 80 Hz) without boost is usable ;-)

Hy to everyone , in hope to be someone here who have any ideea but a right idea with this amp I will post my question and my experience solution here with you. I have on my workbench Bose BBM2 66 A20 this am sounds up my friend's mazda , I try to powered up with power supply and I hear like all of you gun noise , I replaced the dual voltage stabilizer and the DSP and after that doesn't work but actual symptoms are next : the current consumption is 0.9A in free run and the TDA8595 come to be hot . I don't understand what can you do for next step to finish and put back in work.

    Hello,

I did the repair of Bose GDL1 66 A20 according to the previous instructions and everything worked fine.

After a few hours it was no sound.
The DSPB56374AE component has burned out but the voltage regulator is ok.

But I replaced the three components again.

On the bench (GND, 12V and Remote on with 12V), I have a consumption of approximately 0.9A and the TDA8595 (291618Cu) is very hot.

Is it normal or do I have a damaged TDA8595?

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi Attilaa0,

I have 2 faulty Bose amps:
    Mazda-6: GS1E 66 920A
    MX-5: NH60 66 920

Do you know the HW difference ?
I saw that in the MX-5 model, the amp for FL+FR has only i input used.

Do you perhaps have the EEPROM file for that one ?

    Hi All,

I already repaired a few of these amplifiers.
In most cases by replacing LDO, DSP and ADC/DAC.

    But currently i have a MX-5 model (NH61 66 920) which has no sound.

The WDI signal was not OK, so replaced the DSP + LDO

Now the WDI is Ok and i can see Data reading from EEprom during startup.
    Reset is pulled High: OK
    DSP clock: OK
Serial audio coming from ADC to DSP: OK
Serial audio from DSP to DAC: NOK

    Replaced the CS42438: Same result

I replaced the DSP 3x (from same aliexpress delivery), but start to have a feeling these chips are not working....

    Anyone having other ideas ?

If someone is interested, i have following original EEprom files:
    GS1E 66 920A (MAZDA6)
    NH60 66 920 (MX5)
    NH61 66 920 (MX5)

    Hi Rockyenco,

Do you perhaps still have the EEPROM files for the NH61 66 920 Amplifier, as I think the code on my unit has somehow been corrupted?
