Hello
Thank you for your quick reply. It is a long story. Just to cut the long story short. I was advised to replace complete kit on the swift. ECU, Key, Push Button, AC Module and a couple of more things.
The only problem was the Computer so I ordered a new unit with it is original Key.
The ECU Was replaced but the car will not start. My main question is do I really need to replace all the modules or I can just replace the ECU ? If I only replace the ECU Do I have to flash the ECU to match the car VIN ?
The key data is stored in the ecu, at least in cars with regular ignition.
This new ecu and keys, might not be matched.
So you might need the pin, for this ecu.
Dont you have a diagnostic tool, like a cheap chinese dongle, or delphi?

Thank you for your quick reply, I have a Delphi will run the diagnostic and let you know. The ECU and Key is a match. I do not know why but was told that the ECU needs to be programmed to work for this specific car
When you say, new. You mean, you bought these from a dealer by vin?
Or you bought a used set, new to you.
A new set from the dealer is not matched.
You will need to program the keys, to the ecu.
hi you also need BCM matched
