Golf5 2,0tdi Hotstart fix problem

i've mod file ori of Golf 5 2,0Tdi 103kw with EDC16U34.
When I mod the file the car works ok, but after one day the car return with the same problem.

Someone can help me ? The mod is correct?

try to detach the bulb of the water temperature, so doing the control unit will have a fixed value of -40 °, and will increase the ignition time of the glow plugs. if the car starts well, you have to put the glow plug preheating module, because it's not always a problem of increasing the injectors

I try to detach the bulb of the water temperature now... and i have the same problem... when the car is "hot", motore makes extra turns and then run....

I don't think that.... when i disconnect it temperature go down and in diag i read correct temperature...

yes I had not seen edc16u34, only applies to edc15
