Hi all, I'm a newbie here but hope you can help.

I have 4 dell latitude laptops which are security password locked in the bios, usual scenario old laptops someone set passwords and didnt note them down

    The service tags are
    9QN8P3J-3A5B
    9J6BL3J-595B
    FF8BL3J-595B
    8X3VN3J-595B

I've tried a few of the utilities mentioned e.g. Latitude_MasterPW.exe but I just get invalid input errors...

If someone could help me out I'd appreciate it

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi mate,
thanks for that, sorry meant to reply yesterday

It didn't work but the password set is the security/unlock password and I think the previous owner set it, rather than Dell/factory or similar...
    Thanks anyway!
