Ok, the latest version are not compatible with S8.
I used an older version and it installed ok.
Not sure why the app wants access to my phone contacts and other private information.
Back in the box it goes

I am of the firm that this server is very unstable because I experienced the same response on my S7 then eventually the app would launch and update. There is another issue with the login. Where I was able to login after I registered my tool wanting to see the response to login again after I logged out, I am still out. Error message "phone number unregistered " which is the same phone number I registered. Unable to reset password as a result. PC version unable to select device to read with the attached error. Vendor contacted engineer and was sent a patch which did not help. Tech support is urgently needed.

im using Galaxy S8 ,working ok for me.
My S7 is working. Was able to read and write L56R eeprom, which personally I had great difficulties in reading and writing with other programmers. I can't login to my account both on the phone and PC also can't read any eeprom from the PC. Seeing it's cloud diagnostic I want to know whether the inability to login would be a problem. I bought the base unit to experiment with it then add the other modules if it is worth it, which is why I am so interested in the feedback. At the moment i am very much concern, as a new tool is only good as it's functionality and tech support.

UPDATE:
i posted a video on how many issues i was having with yanhua not connecting to any cas module i tried. yanhua saw my review video and reached out to the store that sold me it to replace. they had me ship back only the yanhua device and the cas adaprer, nothing else, and sent a replacement. i waited 3 weeks for this as they said they will ship replacement as soon as i provide a tracking number, they lied, they waited for them to receive then shipped replacement back snail mail, when i sent mine back priority.
i get the replacement, and same issue, this time i was able to test it on 4 DIFFERENT cas modules i had, all of them that i can easily read on any of my other programmers with no problems.
what was the issue? the other connectors that they did NOT replace as yanhua says is probably the issue. i already spent 70 dollars shipping parts back and forth, and almost 2 months and no refund yet, so i will stay away from this company.
UPDATE:
FEM- successful reset milage- very easy and fast-by mobile phone.
P.S
PC software still have some bugs. I hope will fix it soon
For CAS4 waiting key to test add key- I will update soon

After attempting to use this piece of crap for the past 24 hours I can 100% say to avoid this in its current state.
It needs to be constantly connected to the net to work and the bluetooth connection constantly fails.
The software is super flakey and crashes at random times.
It will give you warning about bad wifi signal when the phone has max wifi signal showing.
It can't decode any of the KVM modules that I tried it on (no tool can make keys to these upgraded KVM modules).
So if you thinking of buying it to do 2015+ Ranger Rover like it says it can, think again because it can't.
This tool can't do upgraded KVM, neither can Mart tool, VVDI2 or AVDI.
It took multiple tries to try and get it to even try and read a KVM, im talking 20 or so attempts before the software loads correctly.
I'm in a first world country, with first world internet.
I tried 2.4g, 3g, 5g and all had the same problems.
If the phone rings when the software is reading a module, it crashes.
In fact, I can't see one positive of this tool.
Maybe I will come back to it in a few months but for now it's a complete waste of time.
