Ecu not replying solution !!

Hello,
Let's assume i have a car,
I scanned all.the system only the engine ECU, is not replying.

I've changed the ecu to make sure that the problem is not from the ecu.

I've changed the scantool to make sure it's not the scantool.


So most probably it is wiring.

Is it possible to connect CAN-H , CAN-L, and power externally to the scantool ?

Maybe the ECU isn't getting the power it needs to function properly?
