no sorry the problem is the other tuner has write the ecu with ktag newer version than the one has build the backup .

after write 100% ktag say backup wrong :-D

now is the the mpc clear :-) no way more to get the pass from ecu so no write process only with his ktag . his ktag has save the pass .

he can write but only a backup file
