Pug 3008 engine 9HZ GASOLINE does not pull
found:
brake pump leaks inside brake servo , damaged brake servo,
nu-old pump and servo, now pedal ok and no more darth-vader sound while pushing brake pedal
BUT
still engine does not pull.
The wastegate arm is not moving at all.
Mechanic say the wastegate arm must move slowly as soon as engine start to run
but here the wastegate arm most of the time do a travel of 2 millimeter.
Checked vacuum line countless time, renewed elctrovalve,
Changed vacuum line, nil poi.
Electrovalve has 10.89V when engine is running, same value of a Pug
I had in garage 2 months ago.
Changed vacuum reservoir, nil poi.

Remove actuator and pipe vacuum straight to turbo. See if arm moves then. Check driveability like this.
V Series TMS470 / EEPROM data - encryption / decryption, totally pwned.

Agree with above, just don’t give it “italian tune up”
had a van in other day at www.meat-head-motors.co.uk actuator seized
so got crowbar and WD40 on the turbo and managed to force it back and forth

Changed the T pipe with the three legs and die wasteguth act normal.
When you start the engine the waste has to reach the low position in 2 seconds.
