I can help with cfg change.
Now I have info abot SPA Volvo 2015-2022. You can read config with SMOK obd and Jtag.
Old Volvo too.

U can read this spc with any programmer which supports this spc, find cfg area, but u dont know which byte corresponds for which option + need checksum after edition, so what u know exactly , may be u explain here

Sorry for my English, here before.

I can't share the checksum information because it's not my experience.

Smok can read and write the configuration area. He calculates a checksum for this area.
Most of the configuration can be changed there. But unfortunately not all. I was able to understand which bytes are responsible for what.
I can, for a small fee, change your dumps.
Also, I can remotely flash your cars. but you need an official DICE (or with a changed number).
