A6 C6 2.7TDI EDC16CP34 Swirl Flaps off (Fault code remains)

Hi

I think I have corrected the correction and management maps for swirl flaps but it does not seem to work.
The flaps stay half-open after ignition (visually inspected). I'm out of ideas. Fault code remains - P1018 Intake manifold runner (bank 2): Lower limit not reached.

Any ideas, what have I done wrong?

Thanks, but what's the use of that? I compared this to my file and it's just plain stock original file and no helpful information.
My original file already has DPF removed, too.
