2017 Ford Focus all smart keys lost.

Can anybody help me out please. Have a 2017 Ford Focus all keys lost, European model. Got 2 keys from 3D group the intelligent proximity PCF7953 ID47 type. Having trouble programming them in. MVP failed as did AVDI, however unsure if I'm doing anything wrong. Cant power up the ignition, and car also has an alarm. Have had trouble with fords with alarms before requiring new body controls. Can anyone please point me in the correct direction.

Forget it, new ford with alarm active can't be done. All this wait 10 minutes alarm resets 'wait for the *BEEP*' nonsense doesn't work. I've done hours on these. Anyone who claims they can be done - post a video and I'll believe it

IQ says it can be done

Seen video on IQ doing one but it’s a 14 model.

Did system change from 14 on ?

Will take a video for proof next time, but 100% i have completed lost keys with active alarm on later ford with 8-10 minute wait and coded keys inside 1 minute window. focus , transit connect and transit custom all completed

Ive done them too, but there is a new update out, ford have recalled my 2018 custom so I will test after its been updated.

I too have had a few
where it’s just no go
chucked every tool at em
waited it out beeps all that shit
no joy

dealer solution was new bcm

I've done all of them, from Focus, Mustang, Fusion, Mondeo.
It's not easy peasy to do it, but if you know what you're doing is very possible.
