BMW 1Series cluster fault!!

Hi I have a BMW that has come from a different workshop. They did mileage and now no service display only lines and fault code A54A in Kombi I tried different CAS stil same fault ,did repair to vin in cas stil same even when I change mileage 100km on kombi mileage shows 999999km I check soledring all fine , if i change mileage to same as cas then it is ok but still no service info only lines any help would do.
PS! with the fault code A54A it shows the mileage the fault occured at 199650km so I think that is original km

when service data in speedo shows all dashes problem is miss match , communication between cas and dash,
i would use original cas and put more details about car and sticker from dash if original, and even your cas reads and sticker, more the info the better,
when working with next person created problem always a challenge because you dont have full picture of whats gone on..

You need to write correct vin number in dash 35080. Had it before a few times. If dash is corrupt, use dump from same model and edit vin in 35080.

Dash & CAS will not communicate properly if they have different vin numbers.

1st option is different vin in dash and cas. You can put last 7digits to 35080 in dash manually with programmer.
2nd option is that cas have different mileage and dash different. In this case you should do in cas 0km and do dash for your wish. Then services would be okay

If he’s already done 100km like he says, the mileage would be ok by now. I have no doubt that his vin numbers are different.

Ok update is that the person did mileage on custer with digimaster original ,then put in to car and change mileage on cas with BMW Explorer ,I did find long vin deleted and did repair with no luck ,I think cas file got damaged when programming gonna try on bench today done plenty of bmw takes 30min and gone this is wierd , also they never made backup of cas!!!! one must always make backup before doing any work!!!!
Faults in cluster is: A54A messgae error between cas and kombi
931E Kombi coding data fault
Cas no faults!

cluster HW: 25
SW: 89.45.80
Coding: 08
ZB-NR: 9187048-02

THe file is attached in first post I could be wrong but check and see if no t correct
