I searched the device to fined log files.
only found home\device\app\and then log files.{not orgnized}
so I copied one file to google translator, to know what is it.
result is vietnames lang and wrong translating.
so , can you explain , how to search and find log files .

Pls check the attached instruction.

Log file will get to the background system and can be checked with your SN number.

sorry , I told you I checked in
Home\DP\s.n folder\log
It is many log files.
and it is not in English language. and not range by time and date.
so my question , is how can I find my request file.

If you don't know which one, pls delete all files now. Test again to get the new log file.

you need to go into the DP program

NOT INTO THE FILES

go to the report center in the DP program

select all of the files and send them all

then contact them through skype or whatsapp and give them your serial so they can retrieve your log files from the server and look into it
