    The Renault software was disappeared from my X300DP after I had updated it.

    I ordered a P001 to go with my X300DP. Does anyone have issues using it on a X300DP?
    Since precoding is needed, if i want to use the Renault immo functions.
    Today, i updated, and Renault immo function are all there.

    Now here is a theory ... you tried to update.. they see that you are not entitled to .. check to see which SW that you use the most .. and nick it off you .. ...

    Can you turn on the screen auto rotation, and use the tablet upside down or sideways?
    Is there a repair solution, did you contact supplier?

    I've emailed Vivian at Obdstar a few days ago. He told me my 12 months guarantee ended in February so I must pay for new touchscreen. I purchased tool on March 5th 2018 -exactly 12 months ago today.
    He advised me to contact OBDSTAR UK where I purchased X300 from.
    They have told me to send to China for repair.

    Oh boy my renault software has been disappeared too, the only tool in the world that when you update, you lose software, time to stop buying their products. its a shame because i use to like the company and their products, just shame.

    ps, vivian says if you log out and then log in, it will revert back to the last free update that you were entitled to.

    update :in the settings under user, just log out then log in then update, and you get the renault back.

    Do you have the full version?
    My Renault is fine! i have the x300dp tablet, not the pad2.
