I have OBDSar DP300. When I try to use it, I can select Immo, then brand and then I can sometimes get further till eeventually it goes back to start menu. Each time I try it crashes at different pages/times.
Has anyone had this problem?
I would like to update my update subscription but I think it's better to solve this problem.
Any ideas?

If your device's update service was expired, please don't have following actions.
1.To click "Upgrade"
2.To reset the device.
3.To clear cache.
Otherwise, this message might occurred "Unfortunately, DiagProgram has stopped". Then the DiagProgram will not work unless you buy the update service to update it.

Hi, someone knows if it's possible to read PSA Bsi on bench with Obdstar x300dp? I've already tried on a Valeo Bsi (K-Line) with no success, by the way i've used the pinout from IO Terminal. I've also seen videos on their channel where they read bsi on bench but with a complete bench testing cable..

my obdstar300 dp plus stop working today, at first show a message on the screen "unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped" after i press OK give me another message "unfortunately system UI stop working" and and doesn't let get into de software... doesn't let me go move forward to the mail menu (desktop), i buy this tool 5 months ago so i'm still good on my subscription, i get this tool from the the official websiteobdstarstore.com and been asking for technical support and NO ANSWERS ... if anyone had a solution, or run into this problem before and got a way out, please any help would be great

, i have this product " http://www.obdstar.com/Products_266.html " it not have built-in tf/sd card , but i put blank card and copy that bin file to card & restart but nothing happened ! same issue on every diag option .
