probably hardware

if it was software it would be all the tablets

we just probably got a few bad screens that failed early

The box, storing the set, is a bit small.
Some pressure, from a bad packed cable or connector could ruin it!

yes that is my video

put buttons on left side of screen

go to settings and then turn off autorotate and lock display to portait mode

was speaking to OBD star support. They are sending out a new screen which they say will remedy the problem... Can just about hit the enter button atm with about 20/30 aggressive taps... Cheers for the info... will come in useful in the meantime

Realize the top of the screen will now not work and you may have to go into settings and turn it back on again

yea... i kno... the x300 has been a backup to the smart pro... so far the x300 is winning 60/40... which shouldnt really be the case
