    Question DDRS CAL DISC

    HI

    IF SOMEONE CAN HELP ME TO FIND THE CALIBRATION DISC ...FOR DDRS DETROIT DIESEL...THATS CAN BE GREAT...

    no those are the softwares only....I need the calibrations cd...where can u extract the calibrations and passwor retriebs.thanks

    hercamp,

    i may be wrong but there is no dvd for DDRS. i think you can only download them one by one through detroit diesel online if you have a login. I'll double check monday with a bud at the local Detroit dealer.

    but someone ...giveme this information...thats can be possible...I ve never try ...only ddec or ddrs ...but I dont have password retrieb ...for unlock ecms

    To recalibrate ECM's of Detroit u must work with DDCT (Detroit Diesel Calibration Tool), is a Engineer Soft of Detroit Diesel...

    I heard that program need's a Metafile's in XML format to do calibrations properly... I think is a big risk buy that soft...

    all remaping softwares need metfiles.....if not exist...u can kill the ecms

    I have drs but when I try to change password calibration or inyectors ....the program cant load the new pass...or change the old....or change the engine?s performance ...I think this is possible with the ddtc.

    It is posible to get back-door password with drs without contacting detroit dealer. When you start drs select Update calibration at DDc and it will save a file called ddechist.dat to your computer in the folder C:\Detroit Diesel\DDEC Reprogramming System\Data, use a program like editplus 2 to open this and scroll to the right I believe at column 550 will be your seed password(6 letters and numbers) i think not sure I'm at home right now. Now go to change password in dddl and just enter that string as old password and enter new password in dddl and all is well.
