Unfortunately the code didn't work. Already tried taking power off and resetting.

I am wondering if the label containing the Serial No is wrong. Is there a way to see the number looking at the circuit board?

Focus on this: Serial No: 08565 and make sure it is correct.
Is the radio installed in the car? Another code that you could try is: 4432 and please reply back to us.

Double checked the Serial No. It is printed 08565.

The radio is installed in the car, but only show a screen like this:

Tested 4432 as well, didn't work.
