no image will make your dm500 alive need you need to find a server which you are not allowed to talk about on this forum

I can't open the image? can anyone help please? it keeps saying that it can't open img. in iso format.
I have tried to open it with both winzip and winrar and get the same message, what am i doing wrong?

rename the file to .img at the back
