I have just brought an Autocom CDP+ interface running (Delphi DS150E - NEW VCI) 2016.00 by Hex2stuff and there are some problems related to license file.
Each time I restart the laptop the programs ask to register again, so the license only works until restarting.
I have to create and activate a license file every time I run the program after computer restart and shutdown in order to get it to work.
First time when I connected the interface to the car OBD it also updated the firmware.

Please let me know if I can also install an older more stable version of delphi software on my laptap without needing to unistall the current 2016.00 version, as I would like to have more versions installed and test each one appart.

Is there a way to keep the current updated firmware when using an older version of the Delphi software.

Also please let me know which is the best software version to install.

I have heard that people with OS WIN 10 have problems like yours. Try on a different laptop.


You can install and use older versions on one laptop.
I have AC 2013.1, AC 2014.3.3 (by Andrey 1842 MHHAuto), AC 2014.3.3, AC 2016.0 (HEX2STUFF), DEL 2014.2.2 (Luis Andre), DEL 2015.1.rev3 (Chedenial), DEL 2014.3.2 (by Motordig) on (OS WIN 8.1 64bit)
There may be problems with the activation of 2014.3 and 2016.0. You must try many times, because the activation files overwrite.

To avoid changing the firmware, just paste the same FW in each SW.


In my opinion the best is DEL / AC 2014.3.2 (Motordig)

Mario thank you very much for your quick answer, indeed I run the software on a windows10 64bits, I have already downloaded ac 2014.3.2 final motordig.
I will try it and see how it works.

So in order to keep the curent firmware on my diagnose tool I have to copy the files from firmware directory from 2016 version and overwrite the ones found in 2014 firmware dir right?
