Mercedes Air Mass issue

Hello,

Can anyone disable me those DTC of make a MAF delete in a EDC16C2 Mercedes?

Car never been tuned.

Dtc's are:

2633-001

2067-004

2068-004

The first one is present only with key on, the second and third appear when the car is running.

The besy way to put new maf ,or check the wiring first

It's checked, new everything, even cloned the ecu and DTC remains..

Problem should be in some stupid wire/connector but this car is stopped for a long time and needs a solution.
