I only have homebrew channel on the system now as a earlier post i tried told me to delete all backup loaders etc.

So guys can I mod my 4.3e in this state and whats the easiest way.

Not sure if im putting things onto sd incorrectly but when i try to use progs through homebrew the wii remote shuts down and i have no control and end up restarting.

    Hopefully somebody can help

    Thnks in advance

Ok. I bought the lego Harry Potter game for my brother. It needed an update. I updated it using the wii but as far as I know it didn't have an internet connection. The game worked.

I also have a copied version of Mario Galaxy 2 which I was previously using on Neogamma. Now that doesn't work, and when I try to install updates using a WAD manager the wii remote stops working and won't respond.

I am currently lost as to how to fix this...

Ok I have a very similar problem to Downsy. Except mine's on 4.2E
Do I have to re-install the homebrew channel?
The only real problem I have is the wii remote freezing when in the WAD manager because then I can install IOS's to fix the problem...

you can use this tut or use the modmii, if you use modmii its a pc program.it will ask you a few questions then put the files on the sd card for you and write you a tut aswell

    Hi,
    Wii version: 4.2e
I have installed HomeBrew Channel, trying to enable/add USB loader. I am trying to follow the instructions. In step 9 when trying to load WAD I am getting error! (ret=-2011). not sure how to fix this, however,I used the ("Another WAD manager") it loaded all the 8 wad files.
The uloader channel is appearing. I formatted a usb drive(512mb) with WBFS manager and installed in one of the USBs at the back. When I launch uloader, I am getting an error message something like "no device available..".

    Thanks for your help.
