S80 weird problem electrical ..cem?

Hi. Got 2000 s80
Problem..

When start the car headlights not work,radio not work,wipers not work.
Car rund drive on.

After intermitent time of driving all backs to life and working. Untill next starting of the car.

Im sure youre met this problem,pleade give a tip where is the problem .

Look at ignition switch. Just replace it with the other one. You can find it easilly enough from the scrapyard.

Look at the wiper relay wiring diagram, apparently, permanent power is lost. If you need more schemes write.

Yesterday I did volvo s80 in 1999, I studied it completely. there are full wiring diagrams. see block CEM.

Diagnosed launch x431 pro, connects to all blocks, you can see errors and parameters, activate actuators.

Hello there,had that problem with my 2005 s80.In my case plus to the radio was gone,i took one from the cigarette ligter .People talk alot about rewelding bad connections on the CEM.Just google a bit S80 CEM repair
