Default BMW 5 2006 E60 CCC module replacing

    Hello friends

I have car with dead CCC module. I replaced it by other used one, Now all functions of CCC are working, only there is fault with center display - it is black. Have u any idea how to fix it? Where scanning with GT1 there are no faults, when scanning with inpa there is fault in MOST/CAN gettway that incorect messages from display. Is it due to other VIN in CCC module? is enough change VIN in CCC module or must recode by SSS?

    thanks for any idea

Have you checked the LVDS cable from CCC to CID?

Hi, I have also just had my CCC replaced but now have the following issues:
    1. IDriver not functional (pressing or turning knob does nothing, stays on home screen in german)
    2. Voice activation no longer functional
    3. No sound from front door speakers and rear speakers - only the speakers under the seats work

Any help/guidance would be greatly appreciated. I really hope the Idriver has not been damaged.

Hello... possible problem with the MOST sys. try dicsonnect the battery and wait for ~10 minutes then reconnect and wait for a short so that MOST can restart itself... if still problems occur use BMW GT1 and run an MOST diagnosis... if it not works you may need an SSS station to coding it...hope it helps...

When replacing a CCC you MUST program and code the new one. If not it will not know which options the vehicle has and functions may not work. (iDrive controller, screen, voice activation, etc.)
