Default Need Help with 2004 passat TDI

Hello, i have a 2004 passat tdi 2.0L BHW that i bought not running. It has 150,000 miles on it and it has been serviced regularly. The previous own said they where driving it one day and it just shut off. I change the ecu and it starts now, but idles very rough, almost like it is missing, and when you put it in gear it stalls. I checked some stuff with VCDS and there are no fault codes. I checked cam timing also and it's at -0.5, which i was told was fine for this engine. Does anybody know what is wrong or what i should check?

    Thanks!

check the oscilloscope if there is a signal from the sensor camshaft and the crankshaft sensor, and whether the unit injectors get fuel from the wakum pump and the voltage from the ECU

its worth checking the wiring harness to the injectors, its quite common with failure with this, strange that nothing shows on VCDS, but stranger things have happened, best of luck !

Have single from cam and crank sensors, getting fuel, all injectors are getting signal, compression test was good on all cylinders. Idle stabilization is way off, think I have two clogged or bad injectors.
